The customer service team is committed to developing quality relationships with customers that make them want to consistently do business with us. They are genuinely concerned about meeting the needs of the customers. They provide speedy, accurate service with a friendly attitude. We will even call you by your first name not a number!

The dispensary team provides efficient care for all pharmaceutical needs both by prescription and over-the-counter products. We have two full time pharmacists with both a Doctorate of Pharmacy and Custom Compounding training.

The specially-trained pharmacy assistants (THE BREW CREW)  in our on-site lab are able to compound such things as eye-drops, capsules, lip balms, injectables, creams, troches and many other specialty prescription items

The marketing and customer relations team is comprised of a manager, a customer service representative and a dispensary team member. They meet every week to promote ongoing events , health clinics, and monthly valued customer days. This team works diligently to come up with new and innovative ideas that will enhance the pharmacy. They also prepare for in-store employee training.  Last year, they were responsible for Diamond Anniversary.  That’s right, we turned 60! They are also the main driver of FamFEST, a fun filled week focused on the Family.

The management team at Falls Pharmacy is comprised of Jennifer Schoenhals as Director of Pharmacy, Anne Marie as head pharmacy assistant and Mary as Front Store Manager. Together they have over 120 years of experience in pharmacy and work diligently to provide the utmost in customer service and satisfaction.
